While Grand Wailea, a Waldorf Astoria Resort enjoys the perfect setting of Hawaii, their meetings and event business tends to be very seasonal. The sales team was searching for a way to make up for slow periods by maximizing the value of each group already planning to visit the resort. Cvent Passkey allows them to offer a variety of shoulder nights, upgrades, and premium offerings to every guest. They are creative with their additional offerings, including amenities like rollaway beds, food and beverage, and spa treatments. 

Cvent Passkey just opened up more tools for us to work with meeting planners because now they can see instantly what their pickup is and how much they have left, instead of someone at the hotel doing it manually and sending it to them.
