Set in the heart of Amsterdam’s old town, Beurs van Berlage is one of the city’s prime venue-only conference centers. Cvent’s distribution and marketing solutions have helped the Beurs grow its exposure in key international source markets. On top of that, they paved the way for a modern, tech-driven sourcing and planning process which their clients greatly appreciate. 

Despite being one of Amsterdam’s prime conference centers, the Beurs van Berlage only had limited visibility outside of the Netherlands. Danielle Coelen, the venue’s Senior Sales Manager, implemented tools like the Cvent Supplier Network, Diamond Listings, and Smart Custom proposals to attract more planners from key source markets and create a smooth sourcing process. 

 

Cvent's platform lets us list all our offerings so potential clients see immediately if we fulfill their requirements. That has helped us attract more prospects with specific demands because they know we can cater to them.
